材料:
豬肉切片/洋蔥/蒜蓉🧄/蔥頭

調味料 :
茄汁3湯匙🥄/糖兩茶🥄/喼汁1湯匙🥄

造法:
1️⃣先將豬柳溶雪
2️⃣爆香蔥蒜至出香味
3️⃣放洋蔥炒一炒加少量水慢火焗3分鐘
4️⃣洋蔥收水放一邊再放豬柳中火兩邊煎至金黃
5️⃣放調味料炒一炒焗2分鐘完成⏱
