材料:

肉絲造法 :
1️⃣先將肉絲溶雪切條掩30分鐘⏱(糖/鹽/白胡椒/生粉/麻油)
2️⃣洋蔥🧅切絲同蒜蓉🧄一同炒香
3️⃣放肉絲中火🔥炒至金黃
4️⃣加一湯匙水焗約3分鐘⏱完成
